About the role

Are you ready to be at the heart of a game-changing re-platforming project? We’re looking for a meticulous and driven individual to join our team and play a key role in the exciting data migration process. In this position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our data is seamlessly migrated, accurately validated, and perfectly aligned with source publisher information. You’ll be tackling challenges, solving problems, and ensuring our content library is classified with precision and care.

What you’ll be getting up to

  • Collaborate closely with the admin team to ensure smooth integration of new processes and data flows within Salesforce.
  • Upload legislation updates, guidance, and other content into the platform, primarily sourced from Excel or Word.
  • Review documents to spot new, amended, or superseding content for inclusion, adhering to a defined schedule for content sourcing.
  • Identify and upload superseding or amended content, ensuring the correct documents are always in place.
  • Build a strong understanding of the information sources relevant to Barbour's service offerings.
  • Ensure all document content remains current by reviewing and making necessary updates.
  • Input and update information/data in the database, ensuring it meets agreed-upon formats and standards.
  • Gain expertise in Barbour's content formatting and CMS, alongside associated processes.
  • Work efficiently to meet the pre-defined schedule for service updates.

  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm with a one hour lunch break
