About the role

Working from home with travel to client offices around the UK (predominantly London), you will be the expert software face of the Client Success Team You will build relationships with our existing and potential future clients, understanding their unique business requirements and how this translates to their use of our Market Leading software solutions, Vantify Risk Manager, Vantify CAFM and Vantify Supply Chain. You will be suggesting solutions to our clients’ issues and supporting them with their use of the software with the backing of our dedicated helpdesk team.

This role combines business administration with strategic oversight, where you'll ensure services are delivered in line with the company's profit targets. You'll be responsible for drafting fee proposals, reviewing fees, identifying upselling opportunities, managing debt, and ensuring everything aligns with agreed Client Protocols.

You will be at the forefront of delivering a high-quality, responsive service to clients. Strong communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential, as is the ability to think on your feet. You’ll need to stay ahead of the curve, proactively identifying potential challenges and taking full responsibility for executing tasks efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll be getting up to

  • Handle client inquiries and maintain direct communication, ensuring strong client relationships.
  • Attending client meetings (online and face-to-face throughout the UK, mainly London).
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts by offering additional services and increasing account value.
  • Conduct training sessions and demonstrations of the software.
  • Manage client feedback, addressing any negative responses and coordinating corrective actions with the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across service delivery disciplines and streamline processes.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our software.
  • Take client requirements and work with the development team to enact those requirements, where relevant.
  • Support the software management team with other client requirements.
  • Produce and analyse client reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Oversee the mobilization of new client contracts, ensuring smooth transitions and timely service delivery.
  • Monitor the progress of client-specific Helpdesk tasks, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
  • Support the wider business with requirements regarding the software.
  • Potentially lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Results-driven, you should have a proven ability to manage projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while handling project scope, resources, and risks. Essential

  • Experience of learning and understanding bespoke web-based software
  • Excellent IT skills and able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to deliver training courses
  • Willingness to travel (likely to be 60% home based)
  • Ability to work on own initiative and pro-active approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, technical teams, and business users.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, other collaborative working systems is essential, as is a thorough working knowledge of Risk Manager.  
  • Experience in managing or leading a team.

  • Location: Hybrid between home, our offices and our client sites (regular travel to London)
