About the role Working from home with travel to client offices around the UK (predominantly London), you will be the expert software face of the Client Success Team You will build relationships with our existing and potential future clients, understanding their unique business requirements and how this translates to their use of our Market Leading software solutions, Vantify Risk Manager, Vantify CAFM and Vantify Supply Chain. You will be suggesting solutions to our clients’ issues and supporting them with their use of the software with the backing of our dedicated helpdesk team. This role combines business administration with strategic oversight, where you'll ensure services are delivered in line with the company's profit targets. You'll be responsible for drafting fee proposals, reviewing fees, identifying upselling opportunities, managing debt, and ensuring everything aligns with agreed Client Protocols. You will be at the forefront of delivering a high-quality, responsive service to clients. Strong communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential, as is the ability to think on your feet. You’ll need to stay ahead of the curve, proactively identifying potential challenges and taking full responsibility for executing tasks efficiently and effectively. What you’ll be getting up to
