About the role

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, unstoppable Business Development Manager with a true sales hunter mentality. Someone who loves the thrill of the chase, thrives on building relationships and lives to close deals.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business, forging strong partnerships and expanding our footprint in property management and beyond breaking into new verticals and uncovering untapped opportunities.

What you’ll be getting up to

  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with new clients and decision-makers.
  • Generating and qualifying your own leads, a true self-starter with a strategic edge.
  • Becoming an expert in our consultancy and software solutions.
  • Creating tailored proposals and quotes that meet each client’s needs.
  • Supporting the mobilisation of new client contracts.
  • Researching industries and companies to identify opportunities and market trends.
  • Maintaining accurate sales activity and pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to align campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Representing Vantify professionally at meetings, events, and presentations.

In order to excel in this role you need…

To excel, you’ll need:

  • B2B business development experience in health & safety consultancy and/or software solutions.
  • A strong understanding of property management, facilities management and the built environment.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organised and driven by results.
  • Willingness to travel nationally (expenses covered).

  • Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus a £5,500 car allowance and an OTE of £60,000–£70,000 with commission.
  • Location: Remote with national travel as required (expenses paid)
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm
